Mission Statement

The CyberCoE G8 is the Signal/Cyber Schools lead for matching available resources to the defense strategy and Army plan for units assigned to Fort Gordon, Georgia. This is accomplished through participation in defense reviews and assessments from TRADOC, Department of the Army and Department of Defense; the programming of resources, material integration, manpower integration, equipment integration, analytical and modeling capabilities, and the management of the Signal/Cyber schools studies and analyses. The G8 team is made up of one field operating agency – Directorate of Resource Management, three divisions – Resource and Fiscal Policy Office (RFPO), Program Budget Division (PBD) and Force Management and Analysis Division (FMAD). The G8 team works to plan, develop and resource programs supporting Soldiers, Noncommissioned Officers, Warrant Officers, and Officers by balancing Current Force needs and Future Force capabilities while serving as the Resource Advisor for all Senior Mission Commander (SMC) accounts.
