Prerequisites: Active Army enlisted Soldiers selected by HRC and Army Reserve/National Guard Soldiers qualified in MOS 25B. The following ranks may attend: SSG, SGT-(P), or SGT (with Commander's recommendation). Attendees must have successfully completed WLC, PLDC or equivalent. Also, meets the requirements outlined in AR 350-1, para 3-9 through 3-13 and para 3-47. Personnel over 40 must complete a medical screening at their home installation before attending this course and provide a copy of their medical screening report during in-processing. Completion of Advanced Leaders Course Common Core dL (ALC CC dL) is required in order to graduate 531-25B30-C45. First priority will be given to SSGs. Second priority will be given to SGT-(P) who, because of unit shortages, performs in the position for which the training is designed. SGTs in a non-promotable status can request to attend with recommendation from their Unit Commander.


To provide leader and specialty training for Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) in Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 25B at Skill Level Three (SL3). Training will provide the student with the skills, knowledge and technical expertise to provide leadership in coordinating and supervising the employment, operation, management and maintenance of information technology systems in mobile and fixed facilities at all echelons.


This course provides MOS 25B Skill Level 3 Soldiers resident technical training consisting of tasks related to Network Management from Cisco Exploration 3; Information Dissemination Management; Information Security; and Tactical Network Management. This course also provides the Army's Junior Noncommissioned Officers the skills they need to conduct military operations across the full spectrum of conflict including logistics operations at the squad and platoon levels. The student will be challenged to apply skills and knowledge obtained in this course in a tactical capstone Field Training Exercise (FTX).
