Ordnance Training Detachment-Gordon (OTD-G)

Ordnance Electronic Maintenance Training Department

We train Electronic Maintenance for the United States Army.

OEMTD is a tenant activity on Fort Gordon.
Our higher headquarters is Ordnance Munitions and Electronics  Maintenance School
(OMEMS) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
The Ordnance Corps Command is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.




Mission

Support the combat commander by:

  • Producing mission-focused, motivated Ordnance warrant officers, soldiers, and civilians who are technically competent in electronic maintenance.
  • Supporting the development of CSS doctrine, materiel, and organizational structure.
Vision

A fully competent team in relentless pursuit of providing the best trained Ordnance Soldiers for the U.S Army.
